My journey started in the corporate world, where I passionately advocated for inclusivity and made it a core part of our daily operations. In 2021, I joined the company's inclusivity team, hoping to create meaningful changes within our workplace. 

It didn't take long for me to realize that one-size-fits-all programs just weren't cutting it. Our diverse team needed solutions tailored to their unique challenges. This realization pushed me to develop strategies that truly made a difference in our employees' lives. 

Fast forward to 2023, my corporate role was eliminated, and I found myself at a crossroads. Reflecting on my career, I saw a chance to extend my impact beyond corporate limits. This led to the creation of ElevateVision Consultancy.​ 

Here at ElevateVision, we don't just see ourselves as consultants. We're your partners, committed to guiding tech founders like you through the industry's complexities. Our Vision Pathway Plan has helped many founders exceed their growth and funding expectations.
